Requirements for Enrollment

 

Age:  Children must be 3 by October 1st. 

NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Potty Trained:  Children must be fully potty trained in order to attend preschool.  Pull-ups are not permitted as a substitute for potty training.

 

Immunizations:  We are required by law to keep an updated immunization record on file for each child.

 

Director Approval for Pre-K:  Children must take a brief evaluation before they can be placed in the Pre-K class.  They will be evaluated on upper and lower case letter recognition, ability to write their name, number recognition, and shape and color recognition.  In addition,  children must have an attention span of at least 20 minutes, appropriate control over emotions, and good behavior.
